WHAT - NO PICTURE!?

My camera is itching....itching I tell you!
My days have been full and Looonnnnggg - BUT the camera is coming.
We have been having fun around here.  Here's a taste of last weekend.
Friday we enjoyed a fun night at church while I helped out with the choir.
Saturday we went to Arlington,TX (4.5 to 5 hrs away) to watch a FUN college game.
We arrived home...umm...5am Sunday morning:)  THEN that Sunday we had
around 85 people over for a super fun end of the season football party!
Yes, 85 people!

I told you...I've been busy!
This weekend we are having a BIG Teen Christmas Party, must do something for Todd's Birthday,
and yet another football party!
Funnfunnfunnnnnn

Here are some quick pic's....
                                                                Hannah and Kainah:)
                                                                      Todd and I
                                                                  Levi and Clayton
                                                                          All the little bits:)
The game was in the new Cowboys stadium and can I just say OMGOSH! IT is huge!!!!
The crowd was full of energy...some might have been full of other things as well:/

I'll be taking pictures of Christmas stuff soon...the house and all it's trimmings:)

Update on the school closet and pantry:
Well, as much as I try I am only one among many.  The pantry is ok.  Maybe a quick 5 -10 minute pick up...nothing bad.  The closet is another story!  It is not as bad as it was but not as nice as it has been:(
I need to sell some books on Amazon.com too...so many of those are laying in waiting.

The new MULTI-MEDIA ROOM is on its way to completion:)
Wiring is almost done.  From there all we need is to hang dry wall, hire the drywall finishers, paint, and stain the concrete floor.  HOORAY!  OH, the A/C guy will need to come and do some work too.  ALL EASY things:)
Like I said....BUSY!
I'm in the postin' mood and will try to stay on top of this better.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

My day starts with a cup of coffee and daily schedules.

Our school closet! Neatly put together at the moment but at times can be a serious mess.
This is yet another place to store school books.  This is our school cabinet.
This is where I put the things we go to everyday.
Yep, thats my desk.  Books of different grades and different subjects scattered throughout.
The jam box on the edge is for CD's.  I have a States and Capitals CD (LOVE IT!) and a Spanish CD that I am currently previewing.  My iPhone on the other side to keep me connected and another resource for me to reach for when questions come up...That way I don't have to go to the bulky comouter everytime.  My phone has saved me time...Notice the table in front of my desk.  This is the new setup for this grading period.  It works outs nicely!  There is another table setup across them.  That is for Kainah's table.  She doesn't need me to be watching her as closely...usually:)

Here are a couple of my students:)
The oldest had earned the right to do most of her school in her room.  She likes the peace and quite:)
The only boy in this school.  Notice the tissues.  They are from yucky sinus gump.  I would lie to you if I said we never have tears...WE DO!  I have to give out my lectures once and awhile about hard work, dedication, and not being lazy!  Sometimes the result is tears...But usually the end result is a better attitude and harder work efforts.

Here's the view from my desk.  Beautiful blue skies!
This week we get to watch a special DVD series I got FREE!  It's great!  We've been watching during lunchtime.

After a long hard day I tried to feed my family healthy food!  During the football season it becomes fast and easy foods...or many times it is a "fix-your-own" night!
 Hannah making dessert.  Chocolate cookies...YUM!
I think we have the best cookie around:)
~Proud of her progress~
 Rebekah enjoys Hannah's efforts:)

Welcome, I've had this blog spot empty for too long.
This morning I decided to have this blog spot illustrate
my life through pictures and a little commentary.
So, today I started. I began with taking pictures around
the house on an ordinary day. My kids thought I was a little
weird but they are used to me with camera in hand.
